Product faulty.The CAPS LOCK, NUMB LOCK SCROLL LOCK which is supposed to have an indicator light as per the user manual, but NOT WORKING. Asked for a replacement on the same day as received. Still waiting since the 16th of this month. No replace has arrived though it shows as replacement completed.

When i first bought this product it worked for few minutes and keyboard stopped working mouse was also not that much responsive and we returned this product there was also no refund option so they replaced with another one and that also doesnt even work waste of money

The keyboard is not working and there is no use of a keyboard without connectivity because the Bluetooth dongle was not given inside the box.

Nice quality combo, I had to add some grip to the mouse to help hold it due to all plastic design and being that it is quite small for larger hands. Once I added some grip to the mouse it is fine. Happy with purchase.

キーボードはとても入力しやすく快適です。
このクオリティで無線もあり、とてもお買い得でした。
JIS配列とは記号の配置や入力が若干違いますが、すぐ慣れますし個人的にはむしろ使いやすです。
例えばエクセルやプログラムなどで「＝」をよく使う方はUSレイアウトの方が使いやすいと思います。
また、左右のAltキーを使ってMacのようにかなと英語を切り替えられるフリーソフトがあるのでこういったソフトを使用するとJISより快適に入力できます。
Windowsで英語キーボードへ登録変更が必要ですが、設定がわかりにくいので記載しておきます。
Windowsボタンを押しながら「I」を押して設定を開く。
「時刻と言語」をクリック→左側のバーから「言語」→優先する言語にある「日本語」をクリック→オプションをクリック→キーボードレイアウトの「レイアウトを変更する」をクリック」→英語キーボードに変更して再起動で完了です。

With a lot of hope we bought this keyboard based on the pricing. We can spend a couple of hundreds more and buy a better product. The reason for me to say this is, we have to exert extra pressure on the keys for it to work. If you are using a keyboard for a prolonged period on each day, our recommendation is buy a softer keys keyboard. The keys are not designed for prolonged use. It is only cost effective not product effective. Last words on this, i do not recommend this product for anyone as my fingers went numb by using this since evening. Since one of my team was using it till date, I took the keyboard to test its efficacy. Finally pay couple of hundreds more and buy a good one.

I bought this product over a year ago but only recently started using it. Two things jumped out at me initially: there’s no Caps Lock indicator light, and some of the keys are very stiff. Both of those things I can live with. But after about a month of use I noticed individual keys would stop working. Then it would spread to whole sections of the keyboard. A PC reboot would clear things up, for awhile, then the problems would come back. Unlike some people, I have no issues with the mouse, it’s fine. But the keyboard, ugh. I’ll stick to Logitech from now on.

First time I received a set without the Bluetooth. They exchanged pretty fast and quality is good, can be suggested for rough and tough usage. However, mouse accuracy seems not perfect

Plug and play out of the box, batteries in first of course and four batteries were included. Disconnect the old key board and insert the little dongle, you only need one for both items. And your away as long as you turn the mouse on, switch in on the underside.
Well built keyboard the keyboard has a good feel when typing, there a number of keys to operate things like email, sleep mode, calculator and more it’s a great feature. The ergonomic feel is great no hand or wrist strain. I love it if I had ten computers they would all have this keyboard. I’m excepting any free gaming computers to test this out lol. No fancy lights all over the thing, they drive me madder than I am now. Worth the money you won’t be disappointed. And from other reports if it does not work correctly, Amazon are great at sorting out an issues.
