I bought this to connect 2 monitors I have using HDMI cable and this dock has 2 HDMI ports. But when I connected, you can’t extend these screens instead it mirrors it. Not sure who needs 2 HDMI port to mirror the same screen.
Thats the biggest problem in this product.
If you are planning to extend 2 monitors, then buy a lower version of this because both does the same job.

The features work great and no issues. However the device heats up too much and the amount of heat is in relation to the number or device connected. If used in AC it is less hot due to metal body heat dissipation.

This is a very efficient design for a new generation dock.
I will describe it in detail below:-
1) Dimensions – It is about 12 CM x 5.5 CM with 1 CM thickness so it is very easy to carry in a laptop bag or a sleeve. If you have to compare, it is similar size like a iPhone 5s or iPhone SE so you can easily carry it in your shirt pocket.
2) It comes with a 10 Centimeter USB C to USB C cable which is nicely tucked inside the dock itself so one doesn’t need extra cable.
3) I have posted a picture on how it looks against my 14 inch Dell Office Laptop, the finish is just awesome.
4) It comes with the following ports 2 USB (Type A) 3, 1 SD Card, 1 Micro SD Cart, 1 High Speed Ethernet Port, 1 HDMI port, 1 USB Port and 1 VGA Port. I have posted the pictures of all the ports.
5) It works with my office DELL laptop in the picture and the new Apple MacBook Pro 2020 that I have purchased lately.
6) I connect external monitor via HDMI or VGA and both ports work well, Ethernet is fast, USB C is capable of connecting or charging your phone. The 2 USB 3 ports work without any problems I plugged in my Jabra Headset and Dongle for Logitech keyboard which worked without issues , the SD Card and Micro SD gets recognized instantly.
7) Best part is that if you are using MacOS Catalina or Latest Windows 10 then you do not need any drivers, just plug in and it works. I have not tested other OS.
8) I will say it is worth every penny and when compared to the super expensive, ugly looking Docks that you get for double the price, this is a smart buy.
9) It doesn’t look flimsy but I did not do a drop test.
10) It doesn’t come with its own power port, it uses the Laptop’s USB C port.

This device working good. But when I connect it to the MacBook pro M1 16inch laptop, it’s showing same screen on both monitors. Even in display settings also it’s showing only one monitor. I don’t know why it’s not working for MacBook pro m1. If any one have any solution, please let me know.

This dock may lack a few ports and be made of plastic, but it delives on what it promises. I am getting USB3 speeds on mass storage. The ethernet port does indeed give gigabit speeds.
If you have a dedicated GPU on your device, it’ll allow you to connect monitors and use them in extend mode.
Would I recommend this? Absolutely I will.

The device which we have received is not in proper working condition. Some of the ports are not working. (USB Port, HDMI Port). Replacement time has been exceeded due to some urgent work.
Now I am in trouble to replace the item. Contacting with Honeywell service center. It is now cost-effective and No use to me.

I used it to connect an external monitor but it never worked properly. It was ultra sensitive to the slightest movements and kept getting disconnected often and I had to keep fiddling with it to bring it back to life. I wasted almost 7k on this terrible product. After struggling with it for 2 years, I just picked another docking station for 1600 bucks which just works !
