Great concept. But it wouldn’t make sense to use a laptop or phone case as those can just be removed. Would have to put it directly on the device and expose the product to other environmental dents/damages. Can’t win them all!
Looking for Locks –
The items look solid, good quality, and the price was eye catching.
However the listing states 2 locks per lock, when in reality they only came with one key pre-inserted into the lock, each lock has a different key so 5 keys for 5 locks, not 10 keys for 5 locks.

I’ve always dreaded having to go to the restroom when I’m working at a coffee shop. It’s either I bring my laptop with me and risk losing my seat or really have to rush. I use a 2015 and 2018 MacBook Airs so they don’t readily come with that slot to insert your Kensington locks so this has been really helpful in addressing that. Sure, the adhesive can be removed by a very sharp knife or a cutter but I find it just as good as a deterrent. I can now go to the restroom and go about my business peacefully.
Also, the actual item doesn’t come with the logo as shown in the picture.

This was easy to install and created security for my iPad and events. I use the iPad to collect contact info but worry about the iPad walking off when not looking. The iPad isn’t going anywhere without taking our table with it. Recommend the combination lock version. It was very easy to set my own 4 digit code.

I got this for my external USB-C portable monitor that I bring to work. I don’t want it getting swiped when my back is turned!
This unit was easy to install and is fairly easy to use. I wish the line on the lock were more visible; sometimes I do the unlocking combo on the wrong side because the indicator line is hard to see. But for less than $20, I can deal with that.
When shopping, I was concerned about how thick the receiver would be on the back of my monitor. It turns out that is not very thick at all and if does not interfere with the functionality of the monitor, nor does it take up too much room in my computer bag.
I recommend this product. The only other thing they could do to improve it would be to include an alcohol pad to clean the surface before adhering the receiver to the object you want to protect.
