When it comes to SSDs Samsung is what I use be it internal or external ones. I have external ssds from T3 to all the way T7 shield so for this internal SSD upgrade I got Samsung Evo.
Speeds is good enough for this old machine, works perfectly without any issues. Got this during festival offers so I paid less than 5k!

Best value for money, this one replaced my HDD in my ageing laptop, which now has a new life, noticed significant improvement in boot time and shut down time, better performance in tasks but don’t expect it to bring that significant change which may help postpone your need for upgradation.
One important thing the HDD can’t be registered on the Samsung site as after registering it says warranty expired, contacted customer care they gave me an email address where I mailed all the data regarding serial no. and the issue faced they said I will get the promised warranty at the service center if anything goes wrong and I can ignore the website registration process.

Disk just died with an I/O error , lost data around 700GB , By the time i am writing this i am recovering data using recovery tools
Samsung quality for disk are now reduced

Really nice and better read write than expected. Was using other brand 1TB since 2 yrs but started having issue and read some review online. Though most of review suggest both are good product, in my opinion Samsung have lot more speed in writing (200 mbbs other brand vs 450+ mbps with samsung) Also additional 2 Yr warranty is benefit.

My new computer was taking a lot of time to boot up with the HDD. I have added this SSD and cloned the C drive using Magician software. Now the booting has become super fast. All the apps are running smoothly.
