This is such a useful product. Works great with all Apple devices from phone to iPad. I could easily transfer files, photos and videos from phone to drive and back. Even to the laptop. It’s so easy to use and carry anytime anywhere. I am almost out of storage most of the time. So this works great. Totally worth it.

I have iPhone 13 and i tried loading them to sandisk 258 gb. But all it shows was “operation failed. Please try again “. I bought for more than 6k and finally i have to vopy my ehole files to my laptop. The drive dont work in iphone and the price is way too high when u can buy a hardisk for the same. Such a waste product it doesn’t work in my iPhone. I tried downloading and installing by logging to my icloud still waste of time and efforts.

Apples Itunes,etc is just so horrible in terms of the liquidity of getting your media ,etc off of their phone. I for some reason couldn’t move anything thru itunes and tried several other methods and finally a co-worker recommended this product and I purchased it and by a miracle it worked. It still took a long time, which is somewhat understandable , but overall all I caree about was would it work and move my photo’s and it did the job. Now the only thing is this plugs in to the lightening port of the older iPhone’s and now everyone has the type C port so hoping Sandisk will make this same product to fit the newer model phones . Definitely recommend though

Used it once so far and no issues except it downloaded all of my pictures in HEIC format which I had to convert on my hard drive and it stumbled once when downloading a large quantity (10gb +) of data in one go. I reset it and downloaded them in smaller chunks and no problem

For X or XR it works perfectly. For 15 pro max one has to work via Files application – save in a folder “NO NAME” in Files . Then it is saved in this sandisk. It appears that Sandusky has to upgrade .
