I bought this combo pack..got it on time, but the black cartridge was showing as empty when installed. So I asked for replacement ( no option to cancel) l got the replacement quickly & luckily (yes luckily) it worked..if that also did not work..not sure what the other option is.

Been using HP Deskjet Printers at Home for over a decade now. Here is my honest input:
1. Printers are priced reasonably but the cartridges are overpriced and Not value for money
2. Multifunction Printers are useful for home but not for occasional use – Cartridges will clog, have streaks or fail to print some colours if not used just for over ten days and especially when you need to print something important!
3. Printer cartridge cleaning function wastes lot of ink with no guarantee of fixing streaks/ gaps
4. Print number of pages is much lesser than claimed
5. HP Software installs bloatware to track genuine cartridge installs. Updates to. firmware or software are usually for their own benefit to this end.
6. No support for products over 5 years old. You will be simply told parts are not available. Your stocked supply of cartridges suddenly become trash since newer printers do not support older similar sized and even fitting in cradle cartridges
Overall cost of ownership of HP inkjet printers and using their unreliable cartridges is too high, annoying and a rip off.
