After using this laptop for one day I will say if you want a compact and good looking powerful laptop it is perfect choice in this price before talking about battrey backup I will say keep it on medium performance mode and turn off gaming mode from settings which is by default turned on then it will surely give 7+ hrs of screen on time with 40% brightness and normal multitasking use it’s ssd is fast it boots in 5 seconds and have a fast fingerprint sensor and it’s display is amazing and colourful.

My initial Review on product was very good but now i am downgrading it. I have issue with another Honor Laptop and connected to Brand for Service center in India but its 14 days passed and even after so many reminder. I dont have response from Brand that they have service center in India. Connected to amazon for solutions with all details. They have written to Seller for this. if there is no reply from seller on service center then there is big worry and i have already raised concern. Its Laptop and without Service no value of product.
I have seen some review for heating but I have not seen it in last 20 days. At a time depend upon project I am using VS2015, VS2019, VS2022, Eclipse IDE 4.29 for java, SQL server version 16.0 installed and running in background, Redis server running, whatsapp and mobile connected to this laptop even after no heating and performance issue. Based on these uses, I can say its one of the best laptop in this price. Till now no issue so I cannot say about service and support.
Battery life 5-6 hours is ok based on these application running.
I cannot say about gaming so average review.
Yes, One side is very disappointed is camera. It should be better.

It’s easy on the eyes as the display is amazing “the most attractive laptop I’ve seen this year .But this laptop is not just about looks , the performance is also brilliant.Powered by a 12th Gen Intel Core i5 processor with integrated Intel graphics,the Honor MagicBook X14 12th Gen with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD it proves to be the best laptop in this segment .And it easily sailed past my expectations.
Following are my observations after using it for few days.
1. From the time i have started using it, i was surprised to get around 11 hours of average battery life with a single charge
2. Since it provides a superfast Type-C charger, the charging is fast and the charger looks heavy but it fits in all sockets.
3. Camera quality 720p is decent enough in this price range, for my professional day to day meetings
4. Fingerprint is convenient , webcam is good. On the whole, this laptop is phenomenal.
5. Rebooting is superfast and working simultaniously with multiple applications, webpages and MS office tasks is smooth
6. The backlit option is great to work in dim light environment with three stages of Backlit options to choose the best fit.
7. Keypad quality is really & it looks fantastic

This is the day 2 of using my Honor x14 2023
Pros:
Display is amazing , you can stream and watch hdr content.
Sound is amazing
Fast multitasking , fast processor which becomes a bit warm if you do heavy tasks as its design is slim and thin but its not really a problem.
Battery life is good , first charge i got around 5 hours .
Keyboard and trackpad are good
Build quality feels premium, no screen wobble at all.
Cons are non as of yet coz this is just the second day of using my laptop, I will update it after a week .
Update around a week of usage
Battery : I get of approx 4 hours of battery 12 hours claim is false but battery is sufficient, fast charging too
Performance : Fast laptop for any task except gaming coz its not a gaming laptop, yes laptop heats up in casual gaming and while charging so Im gonna buy a cooling pad
Build: No issues
Camera : Pathetic but I dont use it anyway
Overall value for money
