very small build and easy to setup in few seconds. I tested the switching to the UPS and it works perfectly fine. However, not tested the 7 hour claim that product has. Build quality is good.
I wish they had two inputs rather than one or probably a connector to connect at least two devices.

I bought mini ups an year back. There quite a few power fluctuations in my area but never more than an hour. I was looking for a ups for my wifi to continue wfh without interruption. This satisfied my need and works very well. This month battery died and contacted cc. My Battery is out of warranty since it was purchased 14 months back but they replaced the battery free of cost as it is closed to warranty expiry. This is excellent service. I am very happy with it.

Bought two for ny router and modem in May2023. Worked flawlessly till last week, when one of them failed. Submitted the warranty claim form, and I have the replacement already.
Product works great, and warranty claims are as easy as it gets. Only risk is that if the product fails outside the one year warranty period, then not sure how much the costs are going to be for repairs. Satisfied so far.

I bought 12V 2A model in 2022 and it gave 2+ years of battery life, which is excellent for such a small form factor. There were zero hiccups. After the battery gave up I looked up to their service to replace the battery, they had couple of options replace/exchange and I opted for exchange at the price of 999/-. I must tell you the process was seamless and received the replacement in 2days. The old product was picked up and I received the newer one before they received the older one which shows the trust they have. All in all VFM with excellent service.

I am using Cuzor mini UPS for my Wifi router since 2+ years and I must admit it is really good and helpful in ensuring seamless internet connectivity at my home during power cuts. The backup is great about 4 hours and the battery lasts about 2 years average as promosed by the company. I got the device replaced at 999 only when my battery drained out after 2 years. The process was super smooth on their Whatsapp number and the product delivered in 2-3 days. Kudos to Cuzor.
