OPTILINK TECHNOLOGY –
The supplied cartridge is able to print hardly 25-30 pages. Not even useful for very rare use also.

Cartridge cost is too high and not value for money. But you can buy it for scanning purpose upto A4 Size or as a secondary/emergency printer. Had bought it for Rs.3150. So, Can’t complain much as Scanner alone doesn’t comes at price below Rs.5000

I made a mistake buying this printer and amazon added another pain to my worries.
There is no printer driver (MG2577s compatible) available for this product in canon support site. They provided with CD which current generation laptop doesn’t support.
I tried with similar series driver (MG2570s compatible) available in canon support website but it is not detecting my printer.
Canon does not provide On-site or Virtual support to resolve this.
Amazon only deals with damaged packaging or delivery issues.
Now I’m stuck with useless product.

Product is bit delicate. HANDLE IT CAREFULLY. PRINTING QUALITY OF BOTH COLOR & bw are really good. U can take copy n take print directly without pc. Not suitable for mass printing.

First, if u buy it, even if it had issue u cannot return it.
Second, there is a problem in installation of software.
Third, paper jammed on second print. And then printer won’t work.
Fourth, hard to find service centre, then they kept it, not sure when I will get it back.

I bought another brand a few months but i ad so many problems that I did not hesitate to loose money selling it. The device was recognized every other time and the scanner almost never. Installing, uninstalling… I was fed up ! This one is simple and half priced !

Just got it installed. Working well. Very easy to install. Very user friendly for domestic use
