Refer the attached image for 2 year rough usage condition.
Mic cushion will not comes under warranty and the Mic started to leak more background noise recently.
Ear cushion came with Headset worn off in 9 months.
2nd replaced Hyperx ear cushion worn off exactly in less than one year. I still have 1 month warranty not sure HyperX will give me another ear cushion 3rd time.
The volume controller came with headset got problem in 1.2year and after a big fight they replaced it.
and the replaced volume controller now started giving problem in exact 9 months usage.
After pairing this headset with Creative Sound blaster G1 the Headset worked like it should. (Read below why the default headset sucks when you directly plug into Mother board with ALC887 (without OP amp))
Headband Leather started to decompose.
If i am buying new headset for gaming then i will definitly not go this much costly, i might got with HyperX Stringer with USB amp (under5k or during sale) but definitly not this. Also you guys make sure spening too much money will not always give you too much life time. Most of the electronics are designed to work only for the specific warranty time.
After 8 months of use still rocking as brand new and the Build quality is so good. Worth the investment and will go my future Headset only on this Brand. I use this for PUBG PC and lite CS go (i will always hear bullet droping in floor while reloading on back of my wall.. tat experience is lol) and you can hear the footsteps first than your team member trust me on this you will hear it. i use this on my onboard Audio Realtek ALC 887 chip. Soo many suggest the real effect will be seen when you use this on a high end DAC or Soundcard never tried)
For mic i just installed a high speed fan near me and there is no noise leak from my mic to my friends via discord or via in game audio and also the ear cushion will block most of the out side sound not fully but mostly.

hey guys updating this thread with the problem i started to facing now after 11 months of use.
Headband, Ear cushion leather worn off.
Volume control in the detachable cable is started giving problem.
First i contacted HyperX for Cushion replacement they said they can replace my ear pad cushion with new and they couriered a pair of cushion to my home after i registered the complaint to Hyper X. The shipment is fast like 2 day delivery.
For the headband they said they cannot repair / replace.
2 months later my Volume controller started to give issue, like when i increase or decrease volume one side of the headset will not equally adjust with other side. Again i raised ticket with Hyper X they said they will replace my cable by visiting the nearest service center. I went to Rashi peripherals, Chetpet, Chennai. Gave headset they collected the full headset and said we will try replace the complete unit (wow :-D) returned home with full happiness. waited 2 days and got a call from service center (Rashi) saying your Headset was rejected and not covered under warranty due to the serial number is not visible. WTH ?? since i don’t have headset with my hand So i referred the old photos of my headset which is 2 months back i took for cushion replacement and found that the serial number sticker (actually the headset part number) is well worn off with my day to day usage sweat. So i spoke with HyperX support and Rashi support via all in one email chain and they agreed to only replace the Volume controller cable.
So if you are using this headset please make sure the Part number above the ear cups are not worn off with your sweat. If yes then forget your warranty. Of course this is a design flaw. I hope hyperX will change the serial number and partner number sticker somewhere else where there is no skin or sweat contact.

The headset that I was previously using with my Xbox One X was Hyper X Cloud Core, and their ear pads were not usable anymore (almost lasted 3 years). It was a good headset for the price. Now, this headset is more of an incremental upgrade rather than a fully blown out one, especially considering the big price difference they both have. The build quality is outstanding. It’s a tank.
The main differentiating factors between the two are the ear pads. Alphas have way more comfortable earpads and have a very snug fit which in turn helps isolate the background noise. The sound difference between the both is definitely there but not big enough to be the main reason to upgrade. The mic is decent and gets the job done but sometimes it has the tendency to pick up sounds that are coming from your own headset. The inline volume control and mute button is helpful and comes in handy which it’s younger brother lacked. All in all, it’s a decent purchase if you’re in the market looking for a gaming headset in 10k. I’d suggest you wait for a deal on these ones.

Bought these headphones to listen to music. The dual chamber tech attracted my attention, along with the bass controls. Had to download and install the Ngenuity software and drivers from the internet. With PC and the USB 7.1 soundcard, music reproduction was quite good. There aren’t too many controls in the software, but these can be tweaked by the software music player you are using, and the actual hardware adjustments offered by your sound system. When plugged into another headphone jack, especially into your sound system amplifier, the sound quality is just as good, if not actually better. Thought the sound processing on my ONKYO 7.1 receiver was as good, if not actually BETTER, than through the processing via the USB 7.1 sound card from the PC. You can actually plug into the headphone jack of the same PC, and by-pass the USB sound card, and you will get a more separated stereo sound with very good output (ie., without all that signal processing). Plug into your HD TV, and find a good HD quality sound source, and you will be amazed how clear and spatially defined the sound output is rendered. My best reproduction came out of my Onkyo 7.1 receiver, where I could easily adjust the sound with the amplifier controls in the settings menu. No need to buy those much more expensive headphone brands to listen to cinema or music in order to get amazing, spatially defined sound with excellent stereo/surround quality. Definition is very good in midrange and treble is clear and adjustable in your player software settings or amplifier controls. Bass is excellent, not muddied or boomy, but strong and broad in the sound field, and adjustable at the headphone sliders themselves. Very comfortable and silently isolated from the surrounding environment. Completely satisfied with my purchase. Don’t know how the microphone will work because I will probably never use it. If you can scale up to this dual chamber design, definitely worth the nominal extra money. Perfectly happy to have purchased these headphone to listen to music and cinema, and didn’t break the bank to own them.

I bought this headset after reading many positive reviews and I’m glad I did. This headset is amazing for gaming. The sound quality is superb, with clear highs, mids, and lows. The bass is punchy and powerful, but not overwhelming which make this more comfortable for long hours of gaming but you can’t feel the music that much. The dual-chamber drivers really make a difference in reducing distortion. The headset is also has very comfortable soft leatherette memory foam ear cushions. The aluminum frame is sturdy and durable, and the detachable cable . The microphone is also good . Although headset support on PC but you can use this on your phone . I highly recommend this headset to anyone looking for a great gaming and audio experience. It’s worth every single rupee.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend last year and he absolutely loves them. The thing that makes them the most comfortable is the fact that the ear pads kind of engulf your entire ear, rather than just press on top of them. He’s worn them for long periods of gaming and says he feels comfortable the entire time. The sound quality is great, with the base sounding very rich. The microphone quality is good as well, with the mic being detachable. There’s a little control panel on the cord of the headset that allows you to mute yourself, change the volume, and do some othering things all without having to go into the audio controls on your computer. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something that won’t cause you discomfort for a long gaming session

First of all, I’d say you should be smart enough to use tech. No offence, but it is how it is, one should really know how to use it.
Now, the point is, this headphones has a 65ohm impedance so it needs more amps to power it, so when you use it for your PS4 controller in bluetooth mode (Not usb mode), the ps4 controller focuses on max battery life so, it’s not gonna give out more amps to power it, that’s what causes the low volume issue . and please note this is when you just connect the headphones to the controller, not to the usb port on the ps4 console.
IF you connect it through the given usb card with the usb port available on the ps4, there’s no low sound issue. as simple as that. It works really good with my MAC too.
Now talking about the sound quality and overall headphone quality.
Pros :
1.) Really soft premium cushions, large speaker width fits my ears in it really well.
2.) The sound quality, the dual chambers sound quality is really worth it, all the mids and highs and lows are well distinguished.
3.) There are even bass adjusting air nobs in each side of the speakers.
4.) if you game on pc you can control the discord chat and game sounds, like you can either sometimes increase the discord chat volume or if you want to focus on the game sound increase the game volume using the controls on the usb card. its usefull for multiplayer fps games.
Cons :
I don’t think i found any cons with this headphones, I’m not overselling too here, but you have to understand there’s no perfect headphones, even the high end sony or bose earphones have some issues on the long run. But I’m just satisfied with everything so far, its feels premium to hold because of the aluminium frame.
Its an overall best headset for gaming and surprisingly for music and movies at this price range.

These are great headphones. They are really comfortable even for long periods of time. The surround sound feature is okay but often I forget to turn it on and everything sounds fine anyway. The wires are especially good quality and the fact they are detachable is really great as helps to prevent breakage.

Após mais ou menos 5 meses de uso, mais de 20 jogos diferentes jogados, além de diversos gêneros diferentes, e três plataformas experenciadas.
Em si o headset tem uma qualidade primorosa, sua haste inteiriça de alumínio passa uma sensação de robustez muito confortável, pois não parece que é aquele tipo de fone que vai quebrar ao por e tirar da cabeça e no fim você vai ter que remendar com uma fita adesiva e torcer pra fixar.
Em questão de conforto, após horas e horas seguidas de jogatinas não senti nenhum tipo de desconforto, ele vem com dois kits de espumas, uma em “courino” já instalada por padrão (como na foto do produto), e uma em tecido que vem na caixa, ambas são muito confortáveis, mas para mim que uso óculos, o modelo de courino aperta um pouco na haste do óculos e depende da sua armação pode machucar, então optei por usar o de tecido que não me incomodou em nada. Dois pontos a se ressaltar que a espuma com courino passa uma sensação de isolamento acústico maior, e o modelo de tecido não isola muito, se o volume estiver muito alto, alguém próximo pode acabar ouvindo.
Em questão de qualidade sonora, acredito que seja um dos melhores do mercado para faixa de preço dele, ele passa uma sensação de imersão indescritível, em jogos de corrida por exemplo, do atrito do pneu no asfalto ao vento em contato com o carro são impressionantemente realista, e não só em jogos de corrido, jogos de exploração você sente a natureza a sua volta, em jogos de ação as explosões são potentes e você consegue ouvir os tiros vindo em sua direção, mas claro, tudo isso depende da qualidade de áudio individual que as desenvolvedores trabalham em seus jogos. Visando o mundo de FPS, os passos são claros e precisos.
O Microfone é muito bom para um headset, se você quer apenas para uma chamada no discord ou uma party no PS, ou até mesmo um grupo no Xbox, ele é mais que suficiente, até caso você queria começar no mundo do streaming ele é satisfatório, e em vídeo com um tratamento de áudio também deve agradar, mas caso você queria partir pra uma qualidade mais profissional ele não vai te atender, e obviamente você vai ter que partir pra um microfone de mesa. Mas caso você não queria usar o microfone, ele pode ser desconectado, o que é muito bom.
Sobre compatibilidade, ao comprar esse fone a plataforma que eu visava como principal é o Xbox Series, e via USB pela placa de áudio que vem ele não funciona, então no Xbox seja ele Series ou One, só vai funcionar via cabo P2 diretamente no controle. No começo achei que faria diferença entre o P2 e a placa USB, mas não, claro que você não vai ter acesso aos comandos de volume e 7.1. Também usei no PS4, e no PS sim ele é compatível via USB, e todas as funções funcionam. E PC, obvio, funciona tudo. Não testei via Nintendo Switch, mas acredito que assim como no Xbox funcione apenas via P2 diretamente no console. E sobre o 7.1, se você quer o fone unicamente pelo 7.1, não compre, o áudio fica metalizado e artificial, estraga completamente a experiencia, mas pra mim vejo o 7.1 apenas como um opcional que nunca vou usar. A HyperX recomenda a instalação de um software Ngenuity para o uso no PC, mas é completamente dispensável, não tem nenhum recurso que compense.
E por fim, algo que eu gostei muito no fone é o Controle deslizante de ajuste dos graves que são duas “chaves” que tem, uma em cada lado do fone, que explicando de maneira grosseira abre ou fecha os graves. Pode parecer que não mas da uma diferença bacana, então depende do jogo fica legal com mais ou menos graves e da pra regular nessa chave. Claro, não é aquela diferença absurda, mas da diferença sim, é um plus pro fone.
Claro que o que foi dito para jogos serve para musicas e filmes, mas tudo depende da qualidade de áudio da musica e do filme.
Eu paguei R$580 no fone, acredito que seja um valor justo.
